The Process

Explaining the Process of Cerakoting

Step 1 -- Disassemble and Degrease

All Firearms are completely Disassembled and soaked in Degreaser

Step 2 -- Sandblast

All items are placed in Blast cabinet and Hand Blasted

Step 3 -- Off Gas

All Metal parts are placed in the oven to Off Gas this gets all the left over oils and grease off

Step 4 -- Stray 1st Color

First coat off Cerakote is Applied. If 1 color is chosen then this is your Main Color. If you have chosen Stencils then the parts will tack out in the oven for 10-12 min

Step 5 -- Apply Stencils

We apply the 1st Round of Stencils in this Step

Step 6 -- Apply Next Color

In this step we Apply the next Color of Cerakote and place back in Oven for 10-12 min to tack out

Steps 5 and 6 will be repeated if you have 3,4,5 Colors and Detailed Stenciling

Step 7 -- Remove Stencils

All Stencils are removed

Step 8 -- Final Bake

All parts are placed in oven for 2hr Final Bake

Step 9 -- The Assembly

Final Step is Reassemble and Oil the Firearm
